Personal data will not be used for purposes other than or additional to those described in this notice unless the user has been informed in advance and, where necessary, consent has been obtained.<\/p>

When processing data, all technical, IT, organisational, logistical and procedural security measures provided for in Annex B to Legislative Decree 196\/03 will always be adopted, so as to ensure the minimum level of data protection required by law.<\/p>

Personal data is processed only for the time strictly necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected and, in all cases, in accordance with the principles of lawfulness, fairness, data minimisation and relevance established by applicable privacy legislation.<\/p>

Processing is carried out by non-automated means.<\/p>

Personal data is processed exclusively within the EU. Any transfer of such data to countries outside the EU will be notified.<\/p>

Data retention<\/h2>

Please note that browsing-log data, where recorded, will be retained by the Controller for the period required to comply with legal obligations.<\/p>

Please also note that the data you provide will be processed for the entire duration of the contractual relationship between us and subsequently retained only for the period required to comply with legal obligations, unless it is necessary to retain it for longer to defend or enforce a right or to comply with additional legal obligations or orders issued by the Authorities.<\/p>

Rights of data subjects<\/h2>

The persons to whom the aforementioned personal data relates (the \u201cdata subjects\u201d) may exercise their rights in the manner and within the limits established by applicable privacy legislation.<\/p>
